I had the honor to be coached by Tiemo, and I can confidently say that his coaching method and techniques have broadened my horizons in ways I would never have expected. Tiemo's guidance has provided me with countless new insights, allowing me to now clearly distinguish between my rational way of thinking and my emotional side.

What makes this coaching really special is that Tiemo not only learns to separate these aspects, but also to consciously connect them. The process of testing my rational thoughts against my emotional feelings has helped me gain a deeper understanding of myself.

I can sincerely say that I am extremely grateful to Tiemo for this wonderful journey. I first met Tiemo as a colleague. What started as a business relationship, developed soon in a more complex dynamic, and I always appreciated his coaching attitude while working together. Our coaching moments went beyond the projects' topics, and soon we moved from business to personal. I really appreciated our sessions, I liked the genuine willingness to listen to me and help me finding my way.

Most of the times, I was asked a question without the need of giving an answer straight away; triggering in the following days a lot of introspective moments that I would have never tackled alone.
